Fund and Refund Policy

Payments

All services, subscriptions, and products offered by Al Raed must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available for unused services or platform subscriptions within 7 days of purchase.

• Customized services, consultations, training sessions, or digital products are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

• In the case of technical issues or service failures, users must contact us within one day for evaluation.

Al Raed reserves the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and issue refunds at its discretion.

 

Copyright Information and Trademarks:

This license is granted to you by Al Raed, and it is non-exclusive, revocable, and restricted in scope. You are permitted to use the Site for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only.  You are only permitted to use the Site in the manner that is intended for your use of it, as well as in total accordance with these Terms of Service and any and all laws and regulations that may be relevant.  You are not permitted to alter, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any of the material, software, goods, or services that are contained within the Site.  It is the responsibility of Al Raed to reserve and maintain any and all rights that are not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use.  In the event that you do not comply with these Terms of Use, Al Raed will cancel the licenses that it has given to you.

It is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. The material that is protected by copyright is kept confidential.  All of Al Raed's trademarks are now in the process of being patented, and it is completely forbidden to use any of them without first obtaining written approval from Al Raed.  You agree not to display or use the material on the Site in any way, and you do not acquire ownership rights to any content or other items seen through the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that the Site, including but not limited to its content, features and functionality, graphics, all information, user interface, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and design, is entirely owned by Al Raed and/or its licensors, and that it is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and other laws.  It is entirely up to Al Raed to decide whether or not to make any changes to the content that is shown on this Site.

 The party from which the Content originated is solely responsible for any and all Content in advertising that are purchased or sold via this Site, regardless of whether the Content is publicly displayed or privately sent.  Al Raed shall in no manner be held responsible for any of the Content that is posted on its platforms.  The use of any Content is subject to your evaluation, and you are responsible for bearing any and all risks connected with it.  You are solely responsible for any and all Content that you upload, post, display, email, transmit, or otherwise make accessible through the Site. This includes any and all Content that you submit to be used as advertising.  The accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content is not guaranteed by Al Raed, which does not control the Content.  The Social Media platform has the authority to discontinue or restrict your access to its services at any time and without prior notice.

 

Constraints upon

 You, as a publisher or a seller of advertisements, will not engage in the following activities in connection with Your Account:

• If you violate the Terms, including the Privacy Policy, or any other agreement or policy that you have committed to with Al Raed, you will be held accountable.

In addition to providing information that is untrue, incorrect, or misleading, impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, you are not allowed to:

• commit a violation of any law, legislation, ordinance, or regulation that is relevant;

• By engaging in any unfair or deceptive conduct or behavior, as well as by offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions;

• You have violated any confidentiality or nondisclosure commitments that you have with third parties; you have infringed upon any party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;

• Engage in behavior that is characterized by victimization, harassment, degrading, or intimidating an individual or group of individuals on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or handicap;

• Obtain or publish any information about other Site users or Account holders, including any personal data or information, or use such information for marketing purposes;

• Offer any sort of adult, sexually-oriented, or obscene content or services, including without limitation, any pornographic materials, any materials which require users to be 18 or older to access or purchase, any escort services, and any adult websites;

• Use any deceptive implementation methods to obtain clicks, whether they are manual or automated. These methods include, but are not limited to, clicking your own advertisements, asking other people to click advertisements, offering compensation to users for viewing advertisements or performing searches, promising to raise money for third parties for such behavior or placing images next to individual advertisements, or using robots or other automated tools.

• Take any activity that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately high strain on our infrastructure; Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Site, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or affiliated or linked Websites;

• By facilitating any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other computer programming routines that have the potential to damage, detrimentally interfere with, covertly intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or information, or by using any device, software, or routine to attempt to interfere with the usage of the Site;

 

Utilization of Advertising Services

 To make use of the Services, you are required to comply with the conditions and method outlined below:

 

 1. The prerequisites

 You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services. This is the claim that you are making when you agree to these Terms of Service.

 Additionally, you are not permitted to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or unauthorized, nor are you permitted to break any laws in your jurisdiction while using our services (including, but not limited to, laws pertaining to copyright violations).

 You are not allowed to send any malicious software, viruses, or any other programming that is of a harmful nature.

 The website does not include any content that includes discrimination on the basis of any protected status, including but not limited to age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity.

 a. Our operational procedure for making use of Services

 Step 1: You must first register on the website of the particular Social Media Platform software in order to use it.

 Step 2: Al Raed will build advertising accounts under Smart Media's Agency account, and Al Raed will then link your Social Media Platform software's Account to these advertising accounts.  We have the right to limit the number of advertising accounts you may have.

 

 Step 3: In order to make use of advertising accounts, you will first need to deposit the advertising budget to our Payment Account. After that, we will then add the advertising budget to your advertising accounts.

As long as your activities are in accordance with the Terms of Service, the regulations of the Social Media Platform software, and any relevant laws, you are permitted to utilize advertising accounts for the purpose of conducting business.

 

 A word of caution

 We would like to inform you that Al Raed will not be held liable in the event that clients knowingly breach the following rules:

    - The act of distributing goods or services without first receiving authorization from Al Raed.

     - Engaging in activities that are banned like weight loss, endocrine, sexual health, breast augmentation, multi-level marketing, financial, gambling, and other similar activities.

     - Advertisers that engage in behaviors that are considered spamming or poor acting.

     Altering the content of landing pages, operating landing pages that feature persons wearing badges, physicians, or logos of third-party companies, or having redirect links that contravene unlawful product rules are all examples of illegal activities.

     Users that are affiliated with advertising accounts that have a history of policy breaches, participate in system evasion, or purposefully fail to pay advertising expenditures will have their accounts terminated without any refunds being issued.

 

General Conditions

 At any moment and for any reason, we maintain the right to decline a request from any individual.

 When you use the Services, you are agreeing to be governed by the policies of the Social Media Platform software as well as these Terms of Service and any other stated guidelines or regulations that are relevant to any website where this Terms of Service is found. This agreement is without restriction or qualification.  At any moment, we reserve the right to make modifications and/or enhancements to the website.  It is possible that the information, materials, and services that are offered on or via the Website may on occasion be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. This is despite the fact that we make an effort to update the content on the Website on a regular basis.  Due to the fact that we do not have a responsibility to update the information that is found on the website, we will not be held accountable for any failure to update certain information.

 Your Social Media Platform software account and all activities of the advertising accounts, including but not limited to spending advertising budget, content, photo, video, music, and products, are owned and managed by you. As a result, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur to your account and advertising accounts. We understand that you understand this responsibility.

 

Rights and Responsibilities

Your Rights as a User or Partner

As a user, client, or partner of Al Raed, you have the right to:

• Access the services, products, and platforms you have subscribed to or paid for.

• Receive support and communication regarding the services rendered.

• Be treated with respect, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Request clarification or raise concerns about any of our services, terms, or practices.

• Terminate your agreement or usage according to the termination policies outlined.

Your Responsibilities

By engaging withAl Raed, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding, registration, or collaboration.

• Use our services, platform, and content ethically and lawfully.

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share platform access without authorization.

• Honor your payment obligations and contract terms.

• Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized distribution or misuse of our materials, brand, or tools.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services.

Our Responsibilities

As a service provider and business partner, Al Raed commits to:

• Deliver the services, training, or software access as described and agreed upon.

• Provide timely support and clear communication.

• Ensure secure handling of user and partner data.

• Operate transparently and with integrity in all business dealings.

• Continuously enhance our platforms, services, and user experience.

 

Termination.

In the event that you fail to comply with any of the conditions of this Agreement, your rights will be automatically terminated without any prior notice.  It is possible that Al Raed will instantly revoke your access to the advertising accounts in the event that such termination occurs.  For this particular scenario, in accordance with the case by case policy, it is possible that Al Raed would not provide you with any balance.

In the event that you make a request to discontinue using any or all of your advertising accounts, the remaining amount will be reimbursed to you or moved to active advertising accounts within two business days, provided that there are no problems that have arisen as a result of your activity.

 

Al Raed reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user or partner without notice if they:

• Breach these Terms and Conditions

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Misuse company resources, branding, or platform access

Upon termination, any ongoing services may be discontinued and access to the platform revoked. No further payments or commissions will be due after contract breach or misuse.

 

 The Dispute Act

Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Al Raed’s services or these Terms and Conditions must be initially attempted to be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be settled under the laws stated below.

 

The limitations of responsibility and the disclaimer of warranties.

 The limitations of liability and the disclaimer of warranties are included.  We do not have any obligation or liability for any aspect of your activity, with the exception of the fact that we provide services. All of the goods or resources are produced and supplied by Social Media Platforms Software and other third parties.  Unless otherwise required by applicable law, in no circumstance will our or our licensors' aggregate liability with respect to any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of our Services exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). This is without limiting the language of the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability terms that are included on the Website.

 

The Law That Will Apply

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Arab Emirate ], without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Dubai].
